About SOUL Academy

WHAT IS SOUTHERN OHIO UNITED LACROSSE ACADEMY (SOUL)?

An experience like no other, the SOUL Academy is created to offer a family atmosphere that goes far deeper than “just another travel team.”

Some of the most successful coaches in the area offer personal instruction year-round — not just for two months in the summer. Rosters are maintained from year-to-year by design. This fosters continuity and trust with each other, as the players continue their development as a team each year.

Lacrosse training is available in sessions, throughout the year. Players can continuously work on improvement with a variety of opportunities beyond the standard summer tournaments.

WHY SOUL OFFERS MORE THAN THE REST

Serious lacrosse players simply get more with their investment in SOUL Lacrosse. Our athletes tailor their experience to fit their needs. From a single session of instruction, through year round competition — a more complete opportunity for development is simply not available.

SOUL lacrosse training offers a variety of benefits, including:

LAX TRAINING SESSIONS

Seasonal training sessions are available. Players can pick-and-choose what works best for their schedules, or take advantage of the year-round instruction available.

PROSPECT DAYS

We provide Prospect Days for our athletes, where college coaches are invited to attend scriummages and watch/meet the players who want to play at the next level.

BOX LACROSSE

During the off-season, there is no better way to keep your skills sharp than playing in the SOUL Box Lacrosse league. We play local teams regularly and travel to national box tournaments.

SUMMER TRAVEL TEAM(S)

We participate in the toughest national tournaments with the greatest exposure to competition and college coaches exist. Our players relish these opportunities.

FA PLAYER OPPORTUNITIES

For those who have difficult scheduling for training, SOUL offers FA Player opportunities where athletes can choose opportunities to “fill in” when openings present themselves.
