Summer 2024
I hope that the spring has been enjoyable and this email finds you well. The spring season has flown by and we can’t wait for the summer to get started! Congratulations to everyone on your spring seasons, good luck to those still competing in the regional playoffs! We’re looking forward to a great summer and can’t wait to get started in the coming weeks.

TEAM COMMUNICATION:
We will be using a new communication system moving forward HEJA, please download the app. as soon as possible and register with the program using the team link (IA-834864).
This is an easier way for us to communicate with the whole program as well as teams & individual conversations. We will not be using lacrosse labs anymore but will have handouts of playbooks, we will also be utilizing other services to continue to provide the tools to help teaching the players to become their very best!
This will also be used to individually help people track payment process and making this whole process easier for all.

HS [2025] ONLY:
We will be down a few players for the 25/26’s last summer tournament (Philly Invitational) on July 20-21 (proving grounds), we’re mainly looking for offensive players but do have (1 defensive spot) to fill the gap of a few players missing out. I would love to backfill with our teammates instead of needing to try and fill gaps with Philly HS players (free agents). Anyone interested in a 4th event please let me know!
