Stefan Schroder, Founder & Director

Our SOUL Lacrosse staff begins and ends with Stefan Schroder. The organization founder and director has an impressive resume, including playing Goalie for the Ohio Machine, OSU Defensive MVP 2007 and 2008, Honorable Mention All-American 2008, 2nd Team GWLL All-league 2007 and 2008, ESPN Top 10 Play/CNN “Play of the Day” May 10, 2008.

Studied at The Ohio State University and Onondaga community college. Stefan enjoys lacrosse, fishing, camping and exploring the great outdoors. He also likes spending time with family and friends, and his German Shepherd Gus.

Logan Poe, soul lacrosse staff

Logan Poe, Middle School Director

Also joining the SOUL lacrosse staff is Logan Poe. Logan was involved in the early years of the Springboro Lacrosse club, starting in 2008 and playing all the way through his senior year. He gained 2012 All-Region and All-State selections and the Team was the 2012 State Runner Up.

After playing at Springboro, Logan signed to play at Davenport University in Grand Rapids, Michigan. He played all 4 years, playing in 44 games & was the starter for the final 36 games of his career. To this day, Logan still holds the records for Most Wins in a Single Season at 20, Most Single-season Saves by a goalie at 227, being named to the All-NAIA Tournament Team and First Team Wolverine Hoosier Athletic Conference.

He also has the following all time rankings at Davenport: Tied for Most Wins at 30, number one ranked in goals against average at 7.75, second all time for saves by a goalie at 362 and second in saves per game at 8.83. He also helped his team win the 2016 NAIA Invitational National Championship in Greeneville, South Carolina.

Currently, Logan is living in Springboro working in the healthcare industry and coaches for Springboro High School Men’s Lacrosse team.
